A friend and I were recently having a conversation about how much of a geek I can apparently be… and have come to realise that, I’m not as bad as we thought!

Yes, I have my moments… or hours of geeking out when Reddits involved but I’m pretty sure I fail at geekiness compared to others.

So, with the help of my slightly creepy friend, we’ve come up with my own personal geek checklist! One must remember that this is a completely subjective view of what is ‘geeky’ and some I don’t even agree with (I’ll italicise my comments)!

Geek Checklist:

• Mild (perhaps slighty excessive) obsession with Harry Potter
• Owns a console - I love my Xbox!
• Reads & loves classics! (because reading to him is uncool! Psh, loser!)
• Star Wars… Just, STAR WARS!
• Giddiness when the whenever CES or E3 comes around. Who doesn’t get excited?!
• … Fudge yeah! He ran out of thoughts! *losers moaning on skype* HA!

So, that just proves I’m a pretty crappy geek, or that he’s a pretty crappy friend who can’t remember anything else about me! But anyways, I’m pretty sure I’m a little too clueless to truly be classified as a certified geek just yet (ah, but we can dream!).
